Hey! I hardly use the 203 anymore, I'm using either the M14 or the M603. But I do stack myself full of grenades, so maybe that's it?

 

use the m203 if you want man. on some boards its kinda noob yea... but if your on a close quarters board its harder to use than not. IMO

i dont complain about enemy using that gun so why shouldnt we be able to.


NOOB == M3 12 Gauge as theres no defeating it unless your at distance.

Alright, I'll try doing that. I've just been mainly focused trying to learn the maps and see where people like to hide, etc so I haven't really been worrying much about planting bombs and saving hostages.

I also try to cover people who are rescuing/bombing because I've been seeing that way too many people don't help out/back up, so I'll try to fill the part.

 

Bro, you definitely should get the game, it's fun as all hell, don't even know why I waited so long to start playing it (about a week and a half ago?)

 

Yeah, it's going to be a bitch to try and even it out, especially since the first few days I was playing I kept on getting scores of 1/8, 2/9, 2/10 and such. A few days ago I was doing about 1 kill per 2 deaths. I'm starting to even out now or end up with more kills than deaths...maybe I should just start a new name

Aside from that, bro you're getting close and closer each night to being a captain...you'll reach it way before me.

Anyone know around what rank is captain? ~15000 maybe?

 

Nah, I don't think I will ever reach captain, especially after my shitty night. I don't have the patience.

Anyways, I think captains are around 30K now.

 

I was only kiddin Ted.. You can use it whenever you want...! None of the guns bother me at all.. I just joke around..

 

I can personally tell you that kill / death ratio has nothing to do with rank.. I have about 1200 killls and 800 deaths.. Not to mention over 150 more wins then losses and I can't hold a ranking position at all.. Not to mention I always kill / escort hostages and plant bombs but get nothing..

 

yea it has little to do with ratio, the biggest factor is WHO you kill and how the teams match up.

its a team based game folks.

i die pretty quick because i have no patience and go right for the kill... it works only cuz i usually always bring at least 1 or 2 with me. but its a stupid way to play

when i was in the high 30's i would lose/gain wings every game.

 

Hey guys,,, had a great night last night...Jonesi.this is what I was talking about. ACL made a room "noobie juice" something like that and we had very even fights all night long without fighting each other(HSS).

To change the subject. sooba I thought it was great that you put Artie in his place. he was out of line..

 

game also puts alot more emphasis on completing objectives than your kills.

the whole ranking system is set up to keep people from playing it like its a deathmatch game...

which is why respawn games dont contribute to your rank.


the whole point of a seal is to be stealth.... and thats what the game tries to promote.

 

yea that was my intention with the room name... just trying to get a decent game instead of the typical gayness we play everynight.

i dunno if it makes any difference... but i've never played any rooms except for East/Central/West/ and the rank only rooms.... but at bottom of list theres all these other rooms... "US Seals 1" etc. i dunno what kinda games go on in them but could mix it up a bit

 

we should start huntin Canadian's too in their rooms!

Yea, I agree with the room thing but the hardest thing for me is I'm real good friends with the guys from ACL some are buddies from high school (Berner & IGot20th). So it's hard to side against everyone.. I'm always stuck in the middle of the clans b/c I want to play with both groups of friends.. Not to mention Berner and Soopa are always trying to hunt my ass down...!

well on page 16 of this thread i had my wings with a score of 33414

i then went above 40k and lost then... but got them back when my rank was 38ish

 

nuttin big really...

he just came on... started playing... got killed... and then got real annoyed and started whining.

then goes "soopa are you hosting again!" im like "yaaa"

then he said some shit

so i just clowned him real quick about how hes completely wrong... and he stomped out.



joe even said i was right at the time. and smitty backed me up in the lobby...

artie had been on in an earlier game last night that i was also hosting and he wasnt lagging...

his connection sucks.


and being a `host` doesnt mean shit anyway.

 

phil2 was gettin OWNED by wifey last night...... kept signing off unexpectedly for long periods then coming back and bouncing again... making sure to be real quiet on the microphone... lol
