I have a 680GT, so any monitor will work. Can you start a new thread in technology section? I'm sure we'd all love to learn more. I need a new 27" monitor, my current one I've cracked by accident while moving it against a table's edge. I felt like Homer Simpson and Peter Griffin combined with a moment of silence, followed by rage, followed by f@ck me.

I tweaked the FOV in BF3 to show a little less on screen. seems to have helped and now i was able to break the 2-1 kdr threshold

I have premium so I suppose I could play it but I am too busy with Peace Walker at the moment. I'll have to check it out when I'm feeling some multiplayer.

 

So thoughts on Armored Kill? I love it. Definitely why I love BF3 over CoD so much. LOVE the mobile artillery, but you really need a spotter for maps like Alborz Mtns. Tank Superiority is really fun, but only with like 6v6 or 8v8, 12v12 you spend a lot of time waiting for tanks to spawn and people just run around and repair tool/rocket/C4 you.

 

I NEED to get back into this game.

 

I'm back!!! Debating on going premium,if not I WILL have the new boards on the 25th.

 

armor kill isn't BAD but not as awesome as I expected.....I found myself back in a close quarter match after an hour or two of armor kill.

 

I retract my previous statement, after playing conquest not JUST tank superiority on the new maps I fell in love with this game again. The AC130 is just an added bonus. I use the ATV's more than the new tanks but I'm having trouble getting kills due to distance when shooting rockets off the new truck.

 

Hahahaha I just played the best tank game of my life. Caspian rush, I got a guided shell kill on the transport chopper and then shot it down 5 more times with regular AP shells. Not to mention a bunch of humvee and other tank kills.

Haven't played in months but the end game dlc comes out tomorrow and I gotta see what the dirt bikes are like!
