COD players always think halo's combat style sucks b/c they arent accustomed to it. and the same goes for Halo players.

i enjoy both games, but im totally aware of the differences.

im a bit more skilled at halo b/c i focus more on making accurate shots. i dont have that same amount of time in COD to engage enemies., therefor my stats arent as good on the game.

i like both games. its nice to be able to go back and fourth.

 

yeah, i focus on accuracy too, along with using as few bullets possible - on MW2 I was in the top 3 on my friends list for accuracy. mentioning that just for relevance.

me and my friends prefer Hardcore... and in hardcore ,you dont "fight back"

once you are shot, you are dead... its about who sees who first...

 

i tried hardcore the other day. and failed miserably haha. will try again when I have a little more patience.

 

its definitely COD's version of SWAT.

no second chances, you have to be at full attention at all times.

2 of the maps are suited for 8-12 players (team slayer/objective)

There is only one big team map.

The 3 new maps are arguably the best maps in Halo Reach. They're definitely better than most of the shit maps in the game already. I'd definitely recommend it.

These maps were being developed before the game released. So I'm sure the next batch will be out in 3-4 months.

Which one is better? The Pitt or Anchor 9?

 

anchor 9 is completely different from the pitt..

the whol anti-gravity area outside makes it the most unique map they've ever given us.

you can literally float endlessly if you use jetpack.

lots of aerial combat going on lol.
you can throw grenades in a straight line like 100 yards lol.



but on the other hand. the pit was one of my favorite maps of all time.

 

I suck at jetpack. I may have used it in two or three games altogether.

I use bumper jumper as my controls setting so using jetpack is very difficult.

 

outside the place, you dont really need it, the zero gravity lets you jump high and far distances without the jetpack.

the jet pack just allows you to "stay" airborne b/c of how little boost you need to go up.

 

I realized today that throwing grenades out there is useless.

 

i play bumper jumper too but ive always shot with my middle finger. just use your pointer to hit x while you shoot with the middle.
