I don't understand high speed chases, tail them with a chopper and then grab them. Also surprising to hear that he was happy with the swat team, an innocent person died.

Looks like they tried to handbrake in at high speed and parallel park it. But its looks shopped look at the shadows on the ground. The front looks legit there is spillage on the curb. Rear looks edited in.
