The beans.
I sometimes spill them.
Especially when fuckfaces call me old.
Looks sex, Tyler. In the most homoseshuan way. I love your car, love the color, love the teal, love the lip, love the pictures and mostly of hall. I love you.

Sorry for the late reply, but Brazil was pretty incredible bruh! US dollar goes a long way there and it made for a super fun travel destination .. just gotta keep your head on a swivel sometimes
And no worries man, I love watching your cars progress because it's done tastefully and the pictures that go along with them are
.
You & J are quite similar in that regard, especially with your common interests in the butt

Looking good Tyler! Love the subtle additions; that engine bay looks great.
I still fondly remember driving TommySalami's car a few years ago; that was such a blast.
Nothing like top down motoring.

And I love you more, J. Don't fight it because I always win...just ask mah wife. I appreciate the kind words, sir! One day my car will be on your level, I hope!
Bitch they might be

Thanks for the compliment! I'm glad you and the wifey had fun in Brazil! I would love to visit one day. You didn't get Zeke did you?!

Thank you! You need to share more pictures of your TL
Mark! Long time no talk, friend! This car is absolutely intoxicating. Certainly in a different realm from what your stable looks like, but it's fun as hell. I just wish people would move out of my damn way on the roads so I can enjoy it the way it's meant to be
Acurazine member "The Machine" aka Chip switched exhaust setups and offered his Greddy Spectrum Elite Catback for a price that couldn't be refused.

I'll get some GoPro footage eventually, but this should hold you over for now. Watch in HD
The exhaust is fairly loud but certainly enjoyable. My wife likes it better than the ATLP I had on my TL
I'm loving the front lip

Odometer is just over 106k, so 11k miles since purchase last summer.

I'm having a full paint correction done at the end of the month. The rear lip spoiler will be installed after that and then I'll be saving for coilovers

"saving for coilovers"
you suck...
but your pictures are super nice and your car is absolutely clean and classy and breasttaking. Love it, bro...the exhaust looks so damn good.
I kinda wish I had gone with one that was visible different than OEM although I have yet to find an exhaust I love more than my own, sound wise.

Thanks, J! I love the way your exhaust looks and sounds. Keep it and enjoy it!

I can afford coilovers right now, I've just chosen to wait in case something else pops up. You can't always play the "what if" game, but random stuff keeps popping up recently

The location isn't big enough whatsoever

Trust me, the temptation to give 0 fucks and buy all of the parts is there, but my little bit of common sense kicks in...sometimes.
Considering how much I insist on having a clean car, there's something strangely satisfying about getting a vehicle dirty on purpose

But alas, my OCD kicked in and I spent about 3 hours getting all of the mud off

Mud found it's way into the engine bay as well, so of course it had to be cleaned.

Not bad for 130k miles
You might notice that the camper shell isn't there. It was a nice unit but it seemed to always be in the way when moving larger objects. It sat in the garage until the new owner drove 3 hours to pick it up. I also replaced the interior dome bulbs wih the LEDs and ditched the huge radio antenna for the shorty antenna seen above.

I did a few days ago just to wash the last of the salt off but probably won't do it again for a while until I go to polish out all the scratches from tree branches.
I liked the muddy look too.And eff that. No plastidip.
mmmmm girl, tell me more

Thank you Steven!

Horrible night to use the GoPro but I figured I would share a quick clip. You'll need to turn up the sound.

As soon as I made the right turn, it looked like a huge glass jar had shattered all over the road. Luckily I don't think a tire was punctured. Then that damn frog on the right side of the road
I'm not entirely sure I hit it, but damn I was close. That rattle noise from the GoPro is driving me crazy. I'm not sure what the hell is causing it

Roland gonna find you in the after life, bru.
Poor little guy, although maybe you missed him!
Great videos, man...the exhaust sounds great! Very bassy...no rasp...not much drone. I love it.
loving it man! Exhaust looks and sounds awesome. Jealous fo sho, I NEED one lol. But like you I hear ya on the student loans, they suck. Pay that off and start saving for a S2K

After nearly a year of ownership, the paint correction finally happened! The fender emblems were replaced with new OEM parts since the original ones broke during removal. A clip on the passenger side sidemarker broke, resulting in an OEM replacement being ordered as well. Other than those things, it went great! Nearly 13 hours of work went into this process.

Here's a final shot of the trunk

With the paint in good standing, I finally mounted the replica lip spoiler. I typically don't go for replica parts but Jeremy recommended this one and it's stunning. The paint and fitment are both flawless.

Overall it's a bit large for a lip spoiler but it certainly doesn't scream "look at me!" like a wing spoiler
Coilovers and spacers are next. Hopefully sooner than later
Currently at 107,5xx miles, approximately 12k miles since purchase in July of last year.

It looks much less aggressive while being clean.
