Good shit, Tyler...it looks great, man.
Yeah, at the price they charge, there's no way NOT to get that spoiler. And if flies off or gets stolen, you won't even cry.
Correction is impressive, man! Don't reswirl that bitch...have you considered doing a optiquartz semi permanent coating?

Dude, I swear to God you better not post that fkng link for Sam. I've posted it like 3 fkng times when he's asked and not once did he bother to add to cart or at least watch?!?!
Go pay $500 for OEM, man. This one is bad quality.

I'm not buying OEM for the spoiler, thought about it but it's not worth it.
Thank you, Adam! Now it's time for some rolling shots from you

Thanks, J! I'm extremely happy with the spoiler.
I was SO careful washing and especially drying the car after the correction
I've thought about a coating like that but my inner Jew is preventing it
A friend of mine did everything so I'm not exactly sure what he used
I would buuuuuut I didn't do it myself
Just because I'm nice

Do eeeet. Shit, I hadn't waxed mine once since purchase
Check the link above
I wanted OEM as well but couldn't justify the price.

Still nothing new other than racking up the miles. I'll be passing 110k within the next week or so depending on the weather. I drive the Tacoma on rainy days.
These pictures are from C&C this past Saturday. The RS6 belongs to a friend of mine!

I don't want to derail Tyler's thread (Even though he deserves it
), but all is swell. I would update my thread, although there's nothing really interesting to report
Anyyyywayz,
Tyler, Penguin, mi amigo,
Do you know when the last time your S2k's valves were adjusted?

Surprisingly not. However, that car has required $15k of work since purchase less than a month ago
First, the fuel tank ruptured and had to be replaced. During replacement, the fuel pump was severely damaged and had to be replaced. Then the radiator fan (that has the ECU built into it so it doesn't overheat) had to be replaced. Fuggin insane. No

Yep...moonrock, but I don't think they sold it in the US. I've rarely seen one and the ones that look dark grey in pictures are silverstone. Super nice car, I've seen it in person (and rubbed my bare balls on the hood while he was sleeping).

This is the reason I would never own a german car, especially without warranty. But on the other hand your S2000 is looking great!

Sorry other Tyler! Scary stories are scary!
It's tough to say - I don't know a lot about the A6/S6/RS6 chassis, but the B5 has it's own very specific issues that other models do not. I'd imagine the RS6 is the same way.
But, what I can tell you is they're very different in parts availability & cost.
If the S4's motor threw a rod tomorrow, I could source a 2.7T off Craigslist for a grand, pickup a cherry picker from Harbor Freight, and work on it at my leisure.
Good luck finding RS6 parts without buying new or directly through Audi.
