Now that is an electric car that looks like, well... a car. A nice looking one at that. The price and exclusivity will keep most buyers out however.

It's going to be a long time before I see $60k free splurging money that isn't being split with my wife. Matter of fact, I had a hard time justifying $37k for a car. Soo, by the time I can afford me some S(ex), I'll be too old to get it up.

Wow, interesting video. The guys who like American Muscle won't like this one too much. It's almost like it's driving in stealth mode.

Looks beautiful. Weird just hearing tire noise only, though.

I hope it's quite on the inside or has an awesome sound system. Also that nav/control panel is HUGE! I like.

Carry anything needed for a day, a trip, an unexpected shopping spree. The Model S offers luxurious space, seating for five adults and two children, and a second cargo area under the hood.
- Seating for 7
- More cargo space than typical sedans
- Premium interior styling

7 passengers, WHERE?

Yes. From what I've seen and read on websites, 2 kids "supposedly" can sit rearwards in the trunk.

That's a moronic line of thinking.

Just because it doesn't go vroom vroom doesn't mean it's bad.

Not true. I love American Muscle, and I like both Tesla models. While they don't have an exhaust note, the rest of the package is there.

Agreed. It is a good looking sedan, but our country's energy infrastructure is far too reliant on coal powerplants for me to get too excited about any electric vehicle. Compounding our lack of clean-source energy with the mining and processing involved with producing the needed batteries, results in a not so environmentally friendly vehicle.

All those things aside, some excitement is lost not hearing a finely tuned combustion engine revving high in the RPMs. That would definitely take some getting used to.

I'd like to see the energy needs for a car like this, and if you could set up a small solar or turbine to power it for zero daily cost.
