Hehehe It's in the list.
Just wanted to see more videos and comments.
I noticed that syncro was slightly off for hazards on one of the videos of a member.
Mehmet, looks effing awesome. Seeing that close up of the finish with the light reflecting off the red, I can tell you one billion percent the tails will look MUCH better once you polish it.
I'd suggest this, take them off this week...
Since you didn't add the clear right away, the paint has cured and is not a good surface for the clear to adhere to.
With the clear you won't need to tape off anything this time but I'd suggest that you do give it a little mild wetsand, maybe 1000 or 2000 grit, nothing enough to be seen, but enough to give the paint some bite. Then Clear, do 4 or 5 light coats, one final thicker coat with at least 15 minutes in between depending on temperature. Then wait another week and then you'll want to polish with orange pad, then finish up with white pad.
Aaand look what showed up to our twins meet
Guy is from south Florida, had a British accent or Texas we weren't sure
They said Texas, I said British, plus no Texas guy will wear a leather t-shirt.
Anyway, he has 2 of these things, he drove this yellow one from Florida.
Rock chips on the front bumper
And that seat was tiny as hell and fawking low
This thing has Nameless front/over pipe and axleback.
That supercharger sounds f.ing sick when you floor it. God!!!!
Ain't no way a guy living in Florida is from Texas...similar climate, they love Texas and they won't trade Mexicans for Cubans. Had to be British.
I'm gonna guess your friend recording that wasn't sure if the car turned on right after the car turned on, guessed that "maybe he bought a quiet one", yelled light em up as if this was a 40 year old in a trans am, and then finally said that the car was from the future (most intelligent thing he said)...
Was the one that couldn't discern Texas from The Queen's Country.

There is a quiet version of this car? Why? Different person said "light em up"
The guy that's talking in the camera messed it all up about the accent.
We get lucky with this Monday meets, couple weeks ago there was a Ferroo Italia that stopped by. I wasn't there though.

That dyno thread was updated, the 6whp/7wtq gain was GS intake/no tune vs GS intake/tune. No stock baseline.
The gains look nice on the surface, but its pointless without seeing what the car put down stock. For all we know, it made 174whp stock
I'm not trying to shit on it, but I have serious doubts about intakes on this car.
Just saw that GS posted this:

Depending on your dyno/car/etc, you can probably expect a bump of at least 15-17whp with the GS Intake/Shiv Tune combo. Once the tune is released, I'm sure we'll have many people testing it out and reporting their results.

So I put my name down in the groupbuy.

btw, what is that link you quoted? digging through the archives huh?
I didn't foresee ~15 whp from the intake and tune
I miss the sound I would get from blipping the throttle with the CAI on my Integra. But I am happy with it so far. I can say it's not just my imagination, and can only get better with Shiv's tune!
I swear I did not force the car to anything this time
Car sat with half tank of gas since Friday.
Drove it today, normal to work, and then home, and then off to a friend.
Left from friend at 11pm, tried to drive between 4k-6k RPMs to listen the intake sound on the highway.
Nothing
On the way to home, I was thinking of coming here and posting this;
"why the hell can't I hear the intake when it's cold as hell outside "
Got in to my exit, stopped on the side to check if floor mat was covering the hole or not.
No it was clear.
Drove 3 miles more to my gas place.
Filled with vpower as always.
Started the car and boom, traction + CEL on
Turned off the car and re-started it, now only CEL light is on.
Edit:
What the heck, it's the torque app that caused it
Cleared the code and took off the adapter.
Did it because I turned off the car at gas station while the app was running. That's weird but anyway, then my first question still continues. Why doesn't this intake scream when it's cold
My blow off valve doesn't really make much of a blow off sound unless the revs are above 4-5k in this very cold weather. It sounds more of like a sneeze.
Keep in mind that cold air is much more dense, and according to the effect of temperature on properties of air, the colder the temperature, the more dense the air and therefore more resistance it will meet. Temperature acts on the speed of sound.

Hate this cold weather.
Wait, why is it called...
Shouldn't you love this weather?
