Well, if it's any consolation...many state that they should have given it the oomph that the S2000 comes with stock. Although I always enjoyed pushing the limits with it...it never really felt like it was planting me in my seat, was loud and respectable acceleration, but not SUPER fast either. I guess it's all relative then...
Well, my comment was a knock on the S2000, not praise. I'm saying that once you get used to something, it doesn't feel fast anymore anyway. Guarantee you put me in your 86 right after driving my 1990 civic dx hatch 4 speed manual...I would have thought I was flying a spaceship!

I saw what the TL turned into with exhaust and intake, it's addicting. I want that same feeling again.

BRZ is quick responsive ok but that awd and v6 feels soooo planted and so much power at the same time.

Ok you got me on Nameless but not replacing the middle pipe is ugly
For 12hp, I need the front pipe and rear axleback =@1100
And I will still have that weird shape middle pipe there.
Plus I don't know if that Nameless front pipe would give drone with axleback but I don't think so.
New design front pipe is pretty good they say.
But, since Perrin catback gives 5-6HP, and replaces the mid pipe.
How good would it be to add Nameless front pipe to that Perrin catback!
That put me in doubt again
Because I don't want the middle stock pipe.
Keeping stock pipe for freeing up flow doesn't really sounds good to me.
Nameless is more smart to go with but I still don't know.

I am going to sound deaden the interior a bit. It's a bit hard to have a conversation with passengers as is (high-flow cat FP, catback) and a header is going to make it loud as fug

That new Greedy catback, sounds pretty bad with some headers and front pipes.
I took it off the list.
Can't take the extra flow I guess.

Tomei sounds amazing in person. But yeah, it's very luxury item.

I think it's time you consider upgrading to a full on DSLR.
Reason being, your point and shoot takes good video and in sunlight, exceptional images, but you really need something with shutter priority to play with it for those evening/night shots you like to take...that, with a tripod would send your pictures out of this world.
I knew you were going to bring this up. I am starting to care about quality or how shots come out at night.
Pictures looks good but quality isn't great of course.
You are going to say, D7100 now and I will say, daaayum too much green.
Oh well, I will upgrade one day but that day will be when I have some free time haha

Carbon would match nicely with my black BRZ too. Nothing crazy looking or nothing too simple.
However, I'd suggest you get the rear diffuser instead of a wing. The wing will create more drag than it's worth at stock power levels. The factory muffler was a "diffuser" in a way, in that it helped block the air from entering the void between the rear axle and the bumper. Most of the exhausts on the market open up that area, and that creates lift.
They say you can run the front splitter without the stays, but that will pull down on the bumper and eventually cause shit fitment - that is, if your car didn't come with shit fitment from the factory.
Now I understand how a person can stand on that front splitter. There is totally a different kit just for installing it
Morgan, the diffuser you have is Drivewaylabs? Never thought of the rear muffles as in that way. Rear diffuser is a must with an aftermarket muffler than.
Especially with Nameless haha

Yep, I have the DWL diffuser. I love it, and I actually felt a difference. The rear end feels way more stable at speed and the car no longer shimmies on the highway.

I wasn't used to that the first months I had the car.
Driving under rain at highspeeds and changing lanes fast didn't felt good.

I wouldn't suggest you spend that kinda money on your first DSLR. Start off small and work your way up. For about $300 you can get something good, Nikon or Canon with the kit 18-55MM lens. You'll thank me later. With a 50MM prime lens for $100 and a tripod...you'll be incredible.

I had the Canon 30D for a couple years...served me well. Talk to Ebelp John about selling you his D90...he's gone full frame and now that he's splurging on full frame lenses I bet it won't be long before he lets go of his crop sensor camera (D90, still a VERY respectable camera). Maybe he'll even include a good lens to get you going.

Thinking of getting the Type 2 diffuser myself. The Type 1 is nice, it's just a little loud for me. Only thing is I can't find any airflow/testing results done on the Type 2. I'm sure it works, but the T1 is way more popular and thus has more feedback.

If you get the type 2, get it with the extended strakes. The standard strakes look weird.
My problem with the Type 2 is I'm not sure how useful it really is. It does seal off the opening left when you swap exhausts, but it doesn't stick out far enough from the bumper to really route air. I wish they did the CFD analysis.
I know, at work I call them Anal ysts.
Are you guys really that concerned with downforce and all that sh*t. I think they kill the clean look and for something that you might benefit from at the track, or like 1% of street driving. Fk that.
