Considering the airbag deployment we can see in the TL and the lack of damage to his face in the mughot, I'm gonna say this isn't our boy. I'd expect to see some sort of damage to his face after that crash.

Stupid shouldn't have licenses. This is the problem in the U.S. Start taking away licenses for being caught drinking and driving, regardless if you hurt/killed someone and you'll see the incidents go down.
