I just have issues with new stuff popping up or having to go a different way due to traffic/construction.

This is exactly why, plus the roads regularly get new potholes and whatnot here. TDOT decided they could tear the road up and just half ass patch it back up.

You can't deny that they are shit, though!

 

 

Got the new compressor in and rewired it all and it's working great. Actually seems to be running better, which makes me think the last one they sent me was a "new" compressor they rebuilt? I'm not sure about that but this one puts air in way, way faster. Anyway I finally saw the spoiler in the light, since it's been sitting in my shop for a week+.




Still waiting for the front wheels, but last I was told they had been shipped from Rotiform to BR (no idea why Rotiform wouldn't just send them directly to me) last week, so I'm hoping soon.

I did go out this weekend to snap some pics, however some BS with my job came up and I was on the phone for a good 30 minutes (at about 5pm on a Saturday) and basically, my boss pissed me off and I missed the good light. I'll try and edit them tonight, but from the previews I'm not really happy with most of them.

My preset ride is 80F 75R. Some people have told me this is crazy, why I don't know. My higher preset is 100F 95R and that's bouncy as hell, but I really only use that one for those "oh shit" moments or a steep/bad entrance. And yes, I like stickers. I may pull the Airlift ones off though, considering there's a very large one on the windshield......

So as if I hadn't had enough issues with Bag Riders already...

The front wheels showed up Friday while I was in Atlanta. Got them Sunday evening and I'm looking at them and they look much darker than the rears. It was night so I couldn't really get a good look and my apartment is pretty dark so I waiting until this morning.

Get all the wheels to work. Set them out on the ground (don't worry I had the lip protector things on there still) and this is what I see;

Wheels on the left are the fronts I just got from Rotiform themselves. They appear to be the DDT finish I expected. Wheels on the right are the ones BR had in stock and do not appear to be DDT.

Side by side comparison of the two again. Again, darker wheel is the correct finish (on the right this time).


I'm not sure exactly how this happened, but it's just so obnoxious. Again I'm delayed on something with this. I just want to be done with this stuff!

 

That freaking blows. The center caps look dope though.

 

So Rotiform will be sending me labels to send the rears to them and they will send me new ones that should match. In the meantime I test fit the fronts and ordered tires!



I got 205/40/18 Nitto NeoGens for the front. They might get here today it depends on when my parts department can go get them. Definitely tomorrow though.

 

So the front tires did get there yesterday so I went ahead and mounted/test fit the fronts

I got the labels for the rears yesterday too so I'll be putting those out today. No clue on when the new rears will be here.

 

 

Rear wheel update. Dropped them off Saturday at UPS so I'm hoping I get the new ones by the end of the month. Hoping.

 

Dang that is a long wait. RotaForm should send out the new ones as soon as they have proof the others were picked up.
