Same organizers yup, these are tarmac rallies on local surface streets held each September. Speedvision will have an hour long event wrap-up aired in the near future. More info at http://www.targanewfoundland.com/

Unfortunately, that Enzo ended up off the road and in the drink yesterday. Event ends tomorrow.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say "misfortune". I grew up in that area and not just loose gravel, but those roads are narrow and in bad shape with broken asphalt and rutted lanes. Of course losing traction in a mid engine 800+hp (car is heavily modified, even for an Enzo) is not for the timid either LOL.

The yellow Enzo lost control over not so smooth pavement. I give the owner credit though. He crashed in a competition, not being a dumbass.

Is that an Enzo or an FXX? I know the FXX is supposed to only be driven on track but isn't it the FXX that has the wings on the back over the wheels?

I believe it's a heavily modified Enzo. I'm sure he's got a few parts here and there that are on/influenced by the FXX.

Yea, its a regular Enzo with the FXX goodies. I think it actually made more power then the FXX.

Yup, regular Enzo with FXX bits and an engine heavily modified by some company in Germany.

With all that exotic iron, there was some factory Acura love too for the event with a TL modified for a team of armed forces veterans disabled in fighting in Afghanistan.

My friend took this today up in NY:



He said an Asain kid was driving it. It had racing seats, a roll bar, and sounded insane. I wish he had a non-edited version.

The old Gallardo used a 5.0, whilst the R8 uses a detuned 5.2 from the 560-4.
