Oh and here's some cars I spotted while walking around:

First night we were in Munich, I spotted this camo'd 3 series. It's a terrible photo. I was freezing and we were hungry, so I took the pic on the move

It certainly took time, but compared to the MB museum, it just didn't have nearly as much content. There was a lot of pre-Porsche (the brand) content, and then it felt like it skipped ahead from the 30s/early 40s to the racecars of the 70s. They did have a lot of their concept cars in there, which was cool. But the MB museum had content from pretty much every decade the company has been around. They did a good job of describing everything that was going on in the world (Ford and the assembly line, the Wright brothers first flight, WWII, the fuel crisis in the 70s, etc), what the company did in response, and how they continued to engineer their vehicles. In contrast, the Porsche museum pretty much just said "here's the car and here's what it did". Granted, most of the museum was filled with their race cars from the past 40 years or so, so you pretty much know why they built those cars.

Getting harder to justify the CLS & AMG GT 4-door. The 2 are mighty similar, apart from the MSRP.
Have seen a couple AMG GT 4-doors around my house, a good looking car, for sure.

Went to San Clemente cars and coffee on my way up to Northern California.

I only took pictures of what I thought was interesting / hadn't really seen too much of ... lots of pretty much everything.

Annual meet & greet before the Oak Tree Grand Prix at VIR . Hendrick's invitational at the South-point Porsche store with one of the GTLM cars & some of the Porsche Factory Team drivers. Guy's in the picture also run Le Mans, Daytona, Sebring etc.

Hmm odd that this rear shot makes it seems like some of the panels have melted. Didn't seem that way in other photos.

Rear vis looks pretty bad. And get a tint dude! It's Florida.
