dealer spot but too good not to share... this crazy spec Senna in Chicago..... sources say the sticker on this car is $2.6m.... meaning $1.6m in options.
The first emblem used by McLaren was designed in 1964 by artist Michael Turner for the Bruce McLaren Motor Racing Team. It features a kiwi, the symbol of Bruce’s home of New Zealand.
The kiwi was streamlined in later iterations after a redesign in 1967 that set its silhouette against a vibrant “McLaren Orange” color. This sleek shape became known as the Speedy Kiwi.
^^^ nice I've seen that one too and snapped it too
Crazy how the Senna has 245 tires in front. If you watch Chris Harris' super video where he compares it to the 650S GT3, he talks about the front tires being the car's primary weakness.
^ - Are you one of the few remaining TL owners without a cracked dash?
And yeah the mpg is probably comfortably in the 7-9 range. The rear bumper alone probably weighs a ton.
Very observant. Yeah, no dash cracks ... but you should see my rear bumper ... many years of parallel parking have resulted in tons of nicks and chipped paint ....
The creativity of Senna owners spec'ing their cars is really hit-or-miss. Some guys have come up with gorgeous designs and then some like that, leave a bit to be desired. Far from the worst, though.
around downtown Vancouver, exotic cars are dime a dozen, I don't even really take pictures of them anymore, BUT FOR THIS! I SURE DID! A mint condition GTO, the guy said it's been in his family since the beginning!

Wifey got an e-tron for the week. First time driving an electric vehicle. Real scary/impressive how quickly these EVs accelerate. I like the size of it too, inbetween a Q5 and Q7. The dual touch console was interesting, so was the gear shifter. Lots of cool tech, interior is what you expect from an Audi.
Flat screen instrument panels must be designed for the millenials. Personally, I would not buy one although its just a matter of time till they all have them.
I just got back to the states after a 10 day trip to Munich, Stuttgart and Paris. Sadly, we did not make it to the BMW Museum while in Munich, but I made it a priority to get to both the Porsche and Mercedes Benz museums - and they didn't disappoint. First up was the Porsche museum, which was smaller than I expected (only three floors, lots of race cars from the 70s and 80s though). My favorite was probably the original Type 64 that morphed into the 911 as we know it:
From the photos I've seen of it online, I never realized how narrow the roof and how wide the hips truly were. It's stunning in person:
Most of the other cars that were there I've seen, but this one made me stop dead in my tracks. Again, photos don't do it justice. The tail section on this is MASSIVE.
But yeah - shockingly, I was pretty unimpressed with the Porsche museum. We didn't have time for a factory tour or the driving experience though, so it's entirely possible I missed quite a bit.
After the Porsche museum, we hopped on the train and headed to the MB museum. Which is massive. There were 7 or 8 floors, and you start on the top floor and wind your way down, going through different eras in the company. It was very well put together and I actually learned quite a bit there. Most of the floors also have some side exhibits highlighting specific classes of vehicles, from movie cars to emergency vehicles to vehicle haulers. My favorite was this one - a Rennwagen-Schnelltransporter with a 300 SLR on the back. No big deal, right?
Then there was the exhibit with their racing cars...I spent an unhealthy amount of time on this floor. It was amazing seeing these cars. They had everything from modern F1 and DTM cars all the way back to cars that Fangio drove. It was amazing.
These are far from the best photos - next time I go, I'll be sure to bring the DSLR. My phone can only do so much
