Man, this trip has been non-stop with the wedding and seeing friends. The S is doing well and she'll be glad to be back home and clean again. Especially with having drove her out to Renfest today. Going to have to do a couple trips next year to see more people including my car peeps.

I took a pic at RenFest of the beer battered cheese curds place if that counts. They don't have that down in KC at Renfest so was super excited to get them up there. Yep, I have the burnt copper pearl still in the OEM wheels. Looks way to good to remove it. On another wheel note, I'm 80% sure I'm going to sell my Volk SF Challenges. My days of modding the TL are coming to a close as I'd rather save money for a better car.

Also has anyone else read up on the new Nissan Variable Compression motor? High level is that it is a 4 cyl 2.0 L engine with the same HP and Torque as their 6 cyl 3.5 L engine. Compression varies from 8:1 (economy) to 14:1 race car so it acts as if a turbo was on it with no turbo lag. Anyone else thinking that this could be an awesome swap into the S2000?

LS in the TL!!!! That would be fun to drive. Unfortunately I have an AT so to me swaps are worthless in the TL unless I convert it too. Just not worth the money to do that.

Got a new pup as well. Had him out with me for the S' first car wash of the year. He's 11 weeks old as of Sunday. His name is Jax for the week until we change it to something else LOL 😄

I have a dog... A rat-terrier, born in July 2003... Got her 13 years ago Monday... Great dogs... Fast!!! She can chase a horse with no problem... And A LOT of personality!!!

I haven't yet ventured into bringing the pup into the S but he rides in the back of the Jeep like a champ. Got a hammock style seat cover so he doesn't fall on the floor and he loves it.

If I had known what I know now, I would have got a puppy ASAP when I was single. Best pickup line in the world is a puppy.
