I have the S washed, waxed, and tucked in for the winter. Also love those Clazzio seat covers. I didn't find it listed for 2008 year. Does the AP1 years covers fit the AP2 as well? I know there are some minor differences but just think it's the mounting rails and the Head rest doesn't have the hole.

Damn dude, I love the white/tan look. It was my second choice (LBP was first as is with everyone).

Can you do some close ups on those seat covers? How do they feel to the touch? I'm thinking about getting some to protect my seats from wear and I'd love to get black/red covers.

Your suspension looks fine. I can take some shots of off road capable wheel gap if you'd like.

You guys make me jealous that you're still out driving your cars. I'm sitting in the house because we're supposed to get 6 inches of snow tonight.

Buda, your car is beautiful. Sorry you also had to put her away for the winter.

Gonna dust mine off tomorrow and wash/wax her...poor thing...she dirty! I've been focusing on getting the TL into kick butt shape lately...raised it up a little, put 235 tires on it (like factory intended)...riding fuckin awesome!

Here's some closeups for you:

The seatcover material is soft & plush to the touch and the fitment is great. These particular ones were $50.00 more than the list price since I wanted black on black.

If I remember correctly, black w/ red centers is cheaper.

EDIT: CLICK: If you're tempted

Shit, gimme black with yellow centers!
That's a great option, man...looks good. Was hoping it wouldn't look like this one time I tried on a Magnum XL.

Damn, if I wanted yellow insert it's vinyl, otherwise it's all leather, like yours.
Is that $300 PER seat?

Based on the website, it looks like the outer is vinyl and the inner is leather provided you get black or red inners..

Also, from the website: Prices are per PAIR (2 seats)

Tyler, you can get red leather or black leather for the middle. Anything else and it's all vinyl (apparently).

LOL...so basically it isn't all leather because I'd want the yellow insert. Or not, maybe just yellow stitching on all black. Or all black.

Or nothing since my oem seats are in good shape.

lol, yup. Black with yellow stitch would look t1ts though, that's what I'd do. I think the yellow inserts would look good for about a week, then they'd get old.

I want to get covers to make sure my OEM seats remain in good condition.

Nice! I love the fellow S2k owner wave. Especially around here where there aren't many of them around and even fewer that aren't riced out.

I found out my neighbor has a rio S2000 that he hasn't driven in THREE YEARS! Which is why I had no idea he even had one, it's just stuffed in the back of his garage. I almost made him an offer on it but he said it wasn't for sale.

Yup. At least it's covered, on jack stands, and connected to battery tender so it's not like he doesn't care about it either.

I'm sure it could be for sale for the right price, but I'm not going to find out what it is. If he doesn't want to sell it, the price isn't cheap.

At least he's properly storing it.

I don't think I'll go into preservation mode unless I buy a daily. Until then .. drive drive drive

Stoked, I'll be cutting my mileage by quite a bit since the new job is a 14 mile round trip commute versus 38,

I seriously can't get over how good this color is in the light

It reminds me of my old Accord 6MT ... I loved how it popped in the sun

LOL...
I looked at my interval change on the TL for something yesterday and was like, WTF...I only put 20K on her in 3 years. Shoot, March will be a year with this S and I've only done like 4K. Gotta slow them miles down!

Damn, you don't drive a whole lot...

I put 3k on the S over the summer and have put almost 8k on the Jeep since June.

This will be changing soon when my commute will go from 34 miles round trip to 2 miles round trip.

What's your S2000 at now? Mileage wise?

I'm approaching my 2 year ownership anniversary soon (January 21st) and I've put on 38,000 miles so far (bought at 115,000)

It's crazy how exceptionally well it has held up considering how hard I drive it.

deez?

I used to feel a bit foolish for having them on both my cars...but after selling them off, and now having them back and refinished, I'm more in love with them than ever since I had the opportunity to get whatever I wanted and STILL chose them.

The icing on the cake has been shipped! Matching Rio Yellow "Advan RS" spoke decals! Should really tie it all together!

Shit, I drive 36 miles one-way

I took the S2k today for the first time in nearly a month. It's been raining like crazy recently and everyone knows that rain and my car don't get along
