Car looks purpose built, which is good ... however Spoon or no spoon, I think that bumper looks horrific.

I really want the OEM front lip, side strakes, and spoiler. If could justify the cost, I would order everything right now. I love the OEM+ look.

Make sure you get the OEM OEM front lip. Not the replicas.
The reps look good and fits ok but it does not come with the protective seal for the edge.
The price difference is really not that big to go with replicas.
But i think for the rear lip spoiler, oem or replica will do because they are pretty much the same.

Strakes, pretty much fucked into oem. I found one guy with a replica and they needed paint...and he wouldn't call back. (also missing the bottom rubber piece)
handaaccessories.com is where I ordered that from.
From what I gather the black liner rubber piece is something you can order so if the price difference is HUGE, then go aftermarket on the front lip. Otherwise, OEM.
The trunk spoiler...for SURE go aftermarket...oemthing. I bought both from them and are flawless. The Rio doesn't match perfectly but they discounted it a lot so I am okay with it.
Sam, an air freshener doesn't count. Neither does an "S2000" decal for the wind deflector.

Aftermarket OEM style lip from eBay seller baysonr has the best fitment. The OEM rubber molding can be bought for about $15. I bought an OEM lip and broke it. Got the aftermarket lip and the fitment was really good. Another o lip popped up for a good price and I bought it. Instslled it and Sold my rep lip only because a local member needed it.

Anyone have the recommended service intervals for this car? I'm wondering if I should be changing plugs and stuff due to age more so than mileage...
I do need to get brake fluid and coolant changed out soon.

Sam, since you don't know the history of the ownership fully...I always suggest starting off with a blank slate from when YOU took over.
Do all fluids, check all mounts.
I would venture to guess it's the same 110K mile interval plugs etc...

I think I'm going to get a shop to swap out the coolant because it seems like a giant PITA with this car. Might swap out plugs anyway due to age. I do need to check the engine mounts though...maybe this weekend.

I just did the radiator fluid...it was fine. I read that it wasn't worth the rear engine drain one...just make sure the stuff is pretty and blue.
Plugs you can do in 30 minutes...just be careful with your coil pack clips. They are brittle...I cracked 3. Currently tie wrap status.

I did the plugs and all fluids when I got the car. I also applied grease to the shifter. I change fluids once a year. Might be overkill but for around $100 annually I don't mind

I definitely need to do this, my tan seats look exactly like your red ones before restoration.

LOL!
I'll have a spare set of black seats available in a few days!
Tyler, I presume tan will require as much (if not more) color than the red. Order the 12oz size, just in case. If you have extra left over, keep it for touchups.
