That turbo whistle along with the little crackle is money. Car sounds fantastic!

Sounds mean! I love downpipe(s) on a turbo car. Nothing like that turbo whistle. Well done!

I was bored last night and did some sloppy renders for the wheels. Ignore the massive brake calipers

*** Wheel Update ***

New wheels and tires were installed about 2 weeks ago. I finally got around to taking some pictures this past weekend. Ignore the dirt, I'm out of car soap at the moment

Initial thoughts: I couldn't be happier with how they look. The style and color was exactly what I was looking for. Also changing from the original runflats to a new set of Michelins was life changing in comfort, noise, and obviously performance. The stock wheels are being stored for now and will make a return during the winter

I've been running them on both the 335i and the M5 for a couple of years now. Really good tire. WAY better than the Pilot Super Sports that were on the M5 when I bought it.

My only Conti experience was the runflats that were OE on the MErc. Hated them & they were at the wear bars in 16k miles. $1400 to replace.
Hard pass, Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ ftw, on my 2nd set of thoseon the Flex too & convinced my coworker with the twin C300 to put them on hers too.

Hey James, looking great! Those run flats are the absolute worst thing a luxury car maker can put on a car with GT intentions. I've got Continentals on mine but I'm sure you'll be fine with the Michelins.

This garage is just one close to my spot in Charlestown. Now that I think of it there is one by the naval shipyard that probably has a much better view, I'll have to check it out soon.
