So no real update here. I battled around what I thought was a boost leak for some time after I put in the intercoolers, only to finally one day go...."these are larger intercoolers, they are going to hold more air, there will be some pressure drop" and my tuner confirmed. I've now put 10K miles on the car since new (about 10 months of ownership) which I'm impressed with considering we have 4 cars in the family for two drivers (and I drive 3 of them). Kids still don't have a favorite, which is cool.
I haven't redone the wheels yet, mainly cause the wife is giving me the "how much did those wheels cost, bitch I need a new purse" game, so the barrels have been sitting in the garage hidden.
Still think I'll do new turbo's by EOY but have some house projects taking priority..........also need to focus on a car that takes a 3rd car seat now :surprise:

Mine is cool...but your wife is an angel.

She parks outside and has already told me I'm not selling the Porsche. But that she'd like something bigger...like an escalade

Ha I always forget about you two. People thought I was crazy taking pics of things to post so I can't imagine what they would have thought if you told them you met your girl here. Crazy how normal it is now.

First half of winter setup came (been looking for a second hand rack for a year. All were selling for $450+. Finally caved and got a new one for $600 )
Still looking for a set of winter tires. Plan to get the kids on snowboards this year. So will do a couple day trips to Tahoe with one of them at a time.

So I had a chance to get away completely alone for 3 days. Took a good road trip
Did have one incident. Wot in 4th at 6k and the car completely died. Coasted to the side of the road and wouldn't restart. Unfortunately I was on a completely empty back road with no cell service. Hitch hiked about 20 mins to cel service and eventually got a tow 80 miles to San Luis Obispo. Thought I was stuck for the day so I got a hotel room, in 2 hours the shop I left it with had it back on the road. Somehow blew a fuse that caused the dme and the fuel pump relay to fail (or vice versa). Shut down the pump and fuel injectors. To be honest, my initial thought was the motor popped. Scary shit goes through your mind when you are doing 130

Those are mother fucking bald eagles!
I'm a bird of prey nut. I drive people crazy cause if we are in the car I'm calling out hawks left and right. I grew up with red tails in the house as my dad use to rehabilitate them. I had seen bald eagles on Alaska before but this was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Maybe 50 ft away from me and I sat and watched them did 30 minutes.

We must be bothers from another mother. I do the same thing! I'm constantly spotting birds of pray and my wife thinks I'm nuts. We have an osprey nest across the street from us in a park and he/she has flown over to our side and perched on the peak of our roof. I nearly lost my mind when it flew low over my head and flew up there lol.

Ya I've got a great horned owl that lives in one redwood in our back yard. A pack of vultures live in the one on the corner (probably about 15 of them). And there's a family of Abby red tail hawks that live in between my block. I go nuts daily

You going with different color wheels on each side of the car? Or gold face black barrels?

The defrost trim is warped to hell. But this is common on anything other then leather on these cars. Need to take them off and strip the epoxy and hit with some clear coat.
Everything else has held up great.

Wheel is the t96 from dctms. Smaller, thicker, and flat bottom. Had a sale for $649 and I jumped on it.

I haven't. Read one guy who used a solvent and then scraped the epoxy off the cf and then laid down clear.
