Mazda Press release tomorrow at 6PST (11/14/13). As you know the rumor mill contains anything from the New Speed3, Speed6, New Miata, Diesel 6, or mazda's new race car for competition.

Hoping for the new Speed 3 and 6. In fact, I would be putting a down payment as soon as I can if that is the case (dependent on drivetrain and features of course).

Sorry for the size/quality of the picture.

That's the oil dipstick of my car. There seem to be a bunch of small bubbles in the oil. Sometimes when I check it, there are a couple of big bubbles on the surface of the oil.

This doesn't look normal to me. My first thought was maybe it's coolant from a leaking head gasket. Does that sound accurate? Coolant level/colour is fine. Car drives normal otherwise. Has a little over 160k miles now.

What do you guys think?

What made you to randomly take that out to check it?

If it's not causing anything abnormal, I wouldn't really worry about it.

It leaks from the drain plug a bit, so I check it every week or two.

Aman, that is what my Quad-4 in my Buick in college looked like right before the head gasket went.

Looks fine to me.. Are you using synthetic or dino?

I also don't see any bubbles..

As long as you didn't overfill your oil and your rad is topped off, I wouldn't worry about it.

$24k in options on the Cayman . $21k on the SLS is one thing; it's still just 7%. But 37% is a bit steep.

Just priced one on their site...picked the highest priced version of everything...$85k...not sure what the other $3k is. Still insane. That's 911 territory. That's _____ territory...so many other things one could have for that money.

Second time I got caught referring to the upcoming Ferrari as the "Poopdick McFartington" to someone in person. This time in front of an SVP as we were just chatting about super cars.

Oops.

Although, the SVP's expression was pretty priceless.

Damn you Costco for planting the car name in me!

I was actually exclaiming Go Poopdick McFartington!! in the stands during the Ferrari Challenge sesh

I got some strange looks. I bet some people thought I was referring to a driver.

There is only ONE Poopdick McFartington (the LalalalalalalalalalalaFerrari).

So, to pick a wagon over that is...well, madness. Put down the bong.

Even then, I will have to disagree with you picking a wagon over any Ferrari...unless we're trying to race in snow. And in that case, I see what you mean.

It's refined, yet not.. I love it.

As long as it doesn't come with a Garmin.

Of the Merc wagons, I still have my love for the C63 AMG Wagon...but, I would not kick the E63 Estate out of bed if given to me.

The wagon is the official medical car with the AMG performance pkg upgrade, and I believe it is the C63 (unless there is another wagon there that you are talking about). The SLS GT is the safety car. Both sound great, but the wagon sounds better. Absolutely wonderful sound.

Yeah for sure , I go to the Canadian Grand Prix every year (I missed this year though). and I usually sit on the exit side of the hairpin, so we get it WOT onto the straight. Sublime. Has me thinking I need to get me one of those. lol

I find it very interesting that Mercedes doesn't sell the C63 Wagon here because they don't believe they'll sell very well (like the M5 Touring or Audi RS Avants), yet continue to offer the $40,000 more expensive E63 Wagon.

Fucking Vettel's car is so fast. It seemed like he gained 0.5s every lap.

One wipeout on the straight during the first lap, otherwise not a lot of drama. Lewis jumped ahead early and kept the 3rd spot for a few laps, but Webber's car was running fast too.. overtook and stayed pinned to the back of Gros for the rest of the race to finish 3rd.

The SLS safety car lead the pack after the first lap wipeout.. It sounded glorious. Don't get me wrong.. nothing beats the sound of an F1 car, but to even notice it among the pack is amazing.
