The rear looks like it's punched from both top and bottom for some reason.

Navigation screen on CLA is the only funny thing to me about this car.
Wasn't expecting that from Benz

Like you took Garmin and taped it there or something

I could see letting it slide since it's in Mercedes' lowest tier vehicle.

But, it's in the C-Class now. The fuck?

At the other end though, besides the steering wheel, the S-Class looks boss.

Got to work, Corvette was still there. Decided at lunch to hit up the sales office. Sit down, talk numbers & realize I'm gonna have to dish out more than I thought which makes me nervous. My consultant asks another walking by if the car is still out there to look at it. By this point, I had generally assumed it was since I saw it coming in.

Nope. Car was picked up just after 10am with the rest of wholesale.

I suppose so, but I don't think I really had a good chance since I didn't really get to know the details on it til' Saturday evening & I didn't work til' today. I guess I could have come in Monday on my off day, just didn't cross my mind.

Think I would have just ended up taking a friend's advice; have my fun with it & flip it next year.

May be they said, if we bring the dashboard lines around the nav screen, then it might look like BMW

Or didn't want to break the straight dashboard line... meh

S is like 2 bedroom 1 living room house

I really like that S-Class interior, but I just noticed one thing...there's still a key fob ignition. Really?

My grandmother's has push-button start just like the last 2 she's had. IIRC, you could pull the button out & use the fob if you wanted, not sure if that's still the case on the '14.

What's the Clarkson quote where he basically says if someone doesn't care about cars, they shouldn't be allowed to drive?

Series 13, Episode 7. ~5:13 in.

"If you buy a rubbish car, what you are saying is: “I have no interest in cars.” If you have no interest in cars, you have no interest in driving. And if you have no interest in something, it means you are no good at it, which means you must have your driver’s license taken away."
