The quoted comment is one reason I haven't given up my CTS-V despite the abysmal mileage.....I KNOW I'd miss it if I sold it, and I'd be sorry.

thought the TL is a very nice car, its not sporty enough for me. i might be looking at a trade by next year depending on my pay off.
i should have test drove more cars, rather than window shopped them like i did.

so....as some of u know, i live in 29 palms...which is about 175 miles from LA which is where my car was taken when i traded it in....the other day im walking past the door of my work and i look at the parking lot and BAM!!!! theres my challenger...im like "WTF THATS MY CAR!!" my co workers are like "are you sure?!?" im like yes. i know. as i wait to find out who drives it, i have 2 customers come ask me "isnt that your car?" lol...so i finally catch the guy as hes walking to the car and ask him, where he got it, and how much he got it for etc...i told him a little bout the history and tried selling him the programmer for it lol...
to make this story even more crazy...the same exact thing happened to my TL before it! i sold it 100 miles away, and a week later, it ends up back in my town being sold to a guy who used to see me drive it around and he came to my house to tell me "i loved your car as soon as i saw it i had to buy it!" to this day i still see my old TL, and its nice to know, he keeps really good care of it.

last pic i have of it...i love it...so hard not to stomp the gas. ive had it for 4 days and already have 660 miles on it lol..ive always drove a lot, but this is making me consider getting a beater. i dont wanna daily drive this car, its so nice.

^^^Well, considering it's better to love what you got, it behooves you to not be in love with the newer version.

The 300 SRT8 is on my short list as a potential next car. I'm curious to know what your opinion is of the 5 speed transmission... seems to be the only gripe most automotive journalists have with this car, but I wonder if it's as big a deal as they make it out to be, especially during everyday real world driving. Rumor is it won't get the new 8 speed auto (that the Jeep SRT8 got this year) for at least another year, but I'm not waiting that long.

loveee this color. gas milage sucks, im avg about 17-22. $69 to fill up and gettin about 300 miles per tank to the mile.
MSRP was like $52,500
and whats so funny sarlacc?! lol
glad youre still diggin that camera, rockstar!
the 5 speed has always had really long gears, but this 392 gets you through them in a hurry. though, i would imagine an 8 speed would be pretty bad ass.
i love the new body lines and tech. theres no way i would prefer the older model SRT over this.

See the little button to the right of the "quote" button? It's the MULTI quote button, click that and it goes from green to red, then scroll down and do it all the posts you want to quote...on the last one you're going to quote, multi quote it AND click the quote button on that one and they'll ALL get quoted.

Its a hot ride, love the red. I LOOOOVE the black chrome wheels. Did you get the black top package to get those?
Hopefully the 2013 will be open to tuning soon. It was a huge deal when they finally opened the 11-12 models to tuning. You'll be able to change the gearing and kill the MDS.

i didnt realize they finally got the 11-12 tunable.
i love the black chrome package, had to have it.
it has the panoramic roof, i dont think the black top is required. it wasnt a special order,they had it at the dealership. redlands autoplaza.

Yeah man it sucks putting him in the back seat of a challenger. I just traded it didn't wanna waste my time posting it up and waiting for calls. I got blue book for my car and it needed tires, and a tranny flush. I think I forgot to mention the tranny flush to the dealer... Damn

and currently in the works on a whole audio system upgrade with all JL audio components/amps/subs
and about a 1.3" drop via eibach springs

because most of my old pics got deleted, here is a pic of the challenger when it was done, im too lazy to skim thru all the pages.
if any mods read this, can you change the thread title to deltaboxxx's multi car thread, or something of the sort, since im no longer in the challenger. thanks!
