My bad is it was 183.7...
here is the post
here is the post
Today I was at the Mojave Mile with Club member Karl S. "Lowwlife" and with his STOCK block 6.1 KB Supercharged Challenger he ran a 183.7. It was 105* out with a 9MPH head wind. My hat is off to Adam at ST motorsports for the great work he did on the install and tunning of Karls car and all the hard work he put is at the track this weekend. Karl was hard core about keeping the body and not taking weight out of the car the car even has the sub still in the trunk. Way to go my brother.

Tyler he has an auto, I have a 6spd

Yea, the day I went to buy my car they had no 6 speeds on the lot and I had my car built the way I wanted to i just kept with the auto. I've driven both and I really didn't notice a huge diff in manual. I actually like the auto stick on the challenger, which I never thought I would ever say before with any other car. The gears are kinda long, however.

SOOOO, K&N borrowed my moms car for a week and in return we both got brand new intakes on BOTH our cars, and they were nice enough to dyno my car.
i was disappointed in the outcome for the following reasons:
after installing the intake i re-tuned my car with the predator factory "cai-91 octane tune",
and right after did 3 pulls on the dyno (3rd gear pulls).
all three pulls ended up with 336RWHP.
CRAP.
after the three pulls,i decided to take the tune OFF the car and run it on factory settings.
3 consecutive pulls ended up with a max HP of 342RWHP
![what](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/what.gif)
so, yes..the tuner actually made me LOSE HP.
after i left the shop i put the tune back on the car to see how it DROVE with the tune...garbage. it bogged out when it shifted from 2nd-3rd. so i took off THAT tune and put the "91 octane performance tune" which i previously had on the car...completely changed it up and runs like a beast now...dont ask why--i dont know.
i wish i had been able to re-dyno it with the 91 octane tune, but thats not the case-- for now..
next month i am taking it to a performance shop to have it dyno-tuned by a very reputable shop. i will put the new numbers up when i get them.

One of the guys from diablosport is on CT...and diablosport has their own forums....do a little research. Others with this issue might have chimed in.
The only issue I had was the skip shift wasnt working properly...but they updated the tune and its all good now.
Make sure you're running the most current version on your tuner...and make sure you go back to your stock tune before you do any upgrades to the software.
I totally forgot about that til now, or I would have mentioned it on the phone.
I'm currently just running the 91 tune and I love it...even getting mileage with it.
