The car had an aftermarket exhaust in stalled, in the process the tech somehow cut into a fuel line

^ the tech is a dumbass... But is it really neccessary to destroy the car like that? I dont think it has $60k in damages, or anywhere near that. $60k is around the limit where insurance companies total the car or not (more than 75% of the cost of the car in damages is considered totaled)

Fire damage is bad. Then you have all the water damage too. So kiss the entire electronics goodbye. That car is a toast. I know I wouldn’t want it fixed. Either give me cash or a brand new one.

I'd be happy that the firemen went hog wild with their axes on my car. If my car burst into flames, I don't want any part of it to be salvageable.
