Weapons Grade Performance revealed on their Facebook page they are working on a LSx engine swap kit for the Subaru BRZ/Toyota FR-S platform while updating progress on their LSx swapped BRZ project.

The subframe and other swap parts are going to be our little secret until we release the kit

Here is an picture update showing the GTO sourced LSx sitting in the BRZ engine bay.
I was talking to a shop in CT that was looking for a donor car for an LSx swap. I offered up mine but wanted more details. Apparently I was on the hook for buying the engine and tranny. I balked at that.

It's actually 60 pages of bullshit, 1 page of Yumcha coming in and telling everyone to cut the bullshit, then 12 pages of bullshit.

I've been lacking in the update department. Lets see, last weekend I picked up some extra tubing for the air/oil separator, so I ran the lines the way I wanted to and reinstalled the manifold cover.

Some of you may notice that the stock intake has been reinstalled. Thats because the Airaid has been proven to not flow as well as they said. I decided to flash another tune (for the stock intake) and reinstall the OEM airbox. The car pulls much stronger in the mid range, so the OEM airbox stays. I may look into getting one of the silicone intake elbows to replace the OEM pipe, but its not at the top of my list.

While reinstalling the airbox, I decided to mod the snorkel. The stock snorkel was routed above the radiator and ran to the passenger side of the car where a small round opening pulled air in. I didnt like it, so I cut it. It still pulls air from the cold side of the radiator, but it has a larger mouth.

Next up, my final gift came from Scion last week.

An FR-S book and a letter!

This was in the box as well:

It was heavy, at least 10lbs. Unwrapped it to see this:

Its a beautiful billet aluminum box with the opposed pistons and 86 emblem on the lid. The end caps had the trademark T in them as well:

I love aluminum, so yes, I was incredibly excited. Then I opened the box.

Dash plaques. One for the center console and another for the glove box. They are real carbon fiber, which also gets me excited.

Installed:

And for Tim (from Bobs Vagon thread)

Never gonna rip it off
Never gonna throw it out
Always gonna be glued onto my glove box

Very cool aluminum & carbon fiber gifts.

I don't understand why you guys don't remove the airbag label? Are you just doing it to troll ttribe? Or do you want your passengers to read all that.

The picture of it was to annoy him. But I just never thought about ripping it off. I just flipped it over into the glovebox and left it.

Its the program that I signed up, 86 of us in the US got the car early.

Also, get a better computer.

Sometimes, only for the headlights tbh. But as J said, the difference saved went into mods. Its not supposed to be a daily, so all the additional creature comforts that came in the BRZ Limited didnt matter to me. Even when taking the miles Ive racked up thus far into account, I really don't miss those extra features.

Right?! This thing wasn't meant to be awesome. We run a simple program for the car lot, the internet is just a plus.

My Macbook Pro has 8GB of RAM now.

You can get the new iMacs up to 32GB

Yeah, the 3TB storage is normal these days. Actually, the new Thunderbolt storage HDDs are up to 12TB of space.

Morgan claims to work on 1TB of MEMORY.
