CCW LM20 vs Work VS-XX

Which would you pick?

CCW LM20's 16x8 +25 all around. Anodized gold.

OR

Work VS-XX 17x8 & 17x9 in gold as well...

Assume both sets are going for $1800.

I voted for the CCW but didnt realize they were 16s. This for your Accord then for sure go with the Work 17s

I'm going with the Works because I like their build quality, but seriously apart from size, those are about as similar as two different rims can get

Build quality isn't an issue with CCW, both make high quality wheels... Work may have better designed barrels though. If the CCW's were 17's I think I'd spring for them in a heartbeat. I'd need to run bigger tires than what's on them in those pictures, so they wouldn't look exactly the same, plus I'd need to go a lot lower to pull it off.

Staggered 17's would probably be on point. I was mostly trying to see whether the CCW would be the overwhelming favorite.

This for the MINI?

If so, I think 17s fit better. But I like the design of the LM20 more. Step lips make the face look a bit smaller than usual to me though so we need to know what car the wheels are going on. 16s may be perfect and 17s may look too big or vice versa.

^ You two aren't making this easier. I do prefer the CCW but not feeling 16's and the required 'lowness' to pull off the look. Binding axles = no bueno.

I'm on the prowl for some 17" CCW's in 4x100... I might look for another month before I jump on the Work set.

I like both sets but the VS-XX are way too common, therefore my vote goes to the CCWs

Well duh, Work of course, but I'm biased because I'm an S2000 owner who likes most of the Work designs for that car.

They look almost alike, though. The CCW has a nice step lip and the Works have a nice curve to the spoke design, but those are the only notable difference.
