This will likely be my last time there with the stock coilovers. My best so far is 1:33. I want to at least get it down to 1:31.
I've been in a car that ran 1:28 and that car was flying around. So yeah.. it's just couple seconds, but it's not just couple seconds for sure. haha

Jack Fried's track day (usually a week day), we pay $300 for the day, unlimited laps at willow. He did it for the Porsche Club (he has a GT3RS) and now also hosts it for the Lotus club (he has a 211) in Los Angeles.

It depends on which track organization you go with.
This Saturday is just $50. I bought a coupon pack from ExtremeSpeed. They are one of the lower tier organizations meaning they are not that organized nor managed. You usually can get about 30 laps per day. The regular pricing here is usually $100, so it really isn't bad at all.
This organization called Speed Venture which I went for that Buttonwillow track day last month, they are very well organized and they do the pre grid using the lap time. So it is much better in terms of traffic control and you can very well get up to 50 laps per day. This organization is usually $150 per day.
There are couple higher tier ones that charge between 300-400 but you get shitload of laps, so that sometimes makes sense.
that's something ricer would say! you ricer!

This is really sad and funny at the same time.
The coilovers seller called me last night... He said his brother accidentally sold it to other person couple weeks ago. He found out last night trying to load everything to his car for the track day tomorrow. He was super, super sorry about it. He's very genuine and honest too so I just told him that it's okay and things happen.. but yes this is really sad. haha
Is this a sign or something? I waited like 3 months for this thing. This was going to be my bday present from my wife too.
Sigh.. this is sad.

Yeah I want to get a coilovers soon.
Just got home from the track. It was SO FUN. And on the way back, I decided to take Angeles Crest Highway instead of the freeway. Oh man, that drive was glorious.
The weather was like PERFECT. 65 degrees. No cloud whatsoever. Breezy wind. Not many cars through the mountain. Insane views around every corner.
