These just arrived today...
JDM Nissan Fairlady Z (Z32) 30mm aluminum 4 piston brake calipers. I'm cleaning them up right now. I should have them looking good by tomorrow.
For comparison... 240SX on the left, 300ZX on the right.

Damn, I missed the last few updates. I really like the fitment of your wheels. I appreciate that hellaflush look but there's no way in hell I could do that to any of my cars. I don't drive reckless but I'd probably fubar my car pretty quickly. On the other hand, your S13's stance is spot on
diggin the look of the 300ZX calipers too, should look nice and fill out the inner wheel barrels nicely

I like the clean calipers......
And while you're asking, just make it an RB26DETT.... Hell I'll even pay the $2500 shipping.

Believe it or not costco, I don't have any issues with wheel scrub or speed bumps with the current stance. My TL's HKS exhaust scraped more than my 240 and the TL just had some H&R street springs... weird.
Here's the finished product. Before I applied the clearcoat, I sanded the gold from the NISSAN lettering. It was easy since I coverd the letters with vasoline before I sprayed the gold. I started with 320grit then progressed to 600,1000,2000,2500, then 3000. I polished it with some Mother's billet polish which produced a mirror shine. I then applied 2 light coats of clear waiting 10 minutes between coats. I then sprayed 2 medium/wet coats with ten minutes between coats then let them sit for 4 hours so that I could handle them. The paint should cure in a day or two.

^ I gotcha. Yeah... I don't know if I could do the whole stretched tire thing myself. I'm with you, it's nice to see some aggressive camber and 225's on a 10" wheel but I myself could not live with it. I'm more of a function over form guy. Maybe that's why my car still isn't painted?

Just read every page of your build, I'm very impressed with all your hard work and progress, especially for being a college student, those calipers look great also, and I LOVE the works. So when's the paint going on?

The paint? Pretty soon hopefully. I'm still debating who I want to paint it and what color I want. I'm pretty set on Alpine White, a BMW color, for the body and a Jet Black for the roof and pillars.

Those are JDM centers. Over here, on the older wheels, you can get the centers.

Very nice KD..... Now about that trip to Thailand ( I was just there a month a go).....
Seriously, save up some money, and you can get to Tokyo pretty cheap ($1000 or less round trip) and if you're alone, the hotels can be cheap, just a lot of research.
And the white sounds cool with the black roof. Will you do a CF hood?

It's going to be white with a black top. I'm debating on the C/F hood. I'm thinking about leaving the hood white because I kind of like these NISMO graphics (Stripes w/ checkers and the NISMO badge at the front of the hood).
