its an Opteka "6.5mm" but I think thats inaccurate.. its the same as the Rokinon and Samyang 8mm.

Very nice Srika. The first one though, my eye shoots directly to your shadow.

heh yeah. I used it as my facebook profile pic. one of my nicknames is "shadow".. lol

it was a fun shot, I didn't take it for any serious purpose. so the shadow was OK.

A little too much texture in the street and sidewalk, maybe use a layer mask to back it off some, but

I know this probably sounds dumb, but I like how the license plate on the old bimmer is falling off. It gives it an extra artistic look IMHO.

Rubin, you ever worry about getting mugged or whatever when you go to certain places? Especially with all the camera gear? I don't about your city, but there are certain parts of Vancouver I kinda wanna photograph, especially at night, but just not sure if they are safe...

Definitely a concern, even last night when I was doing these 2002 photos I was wary of my surroundings. There are some shady characters around. Anyways, thankfully there are also a good number of cops around patrolling the streets so I don't think about it *too* much. I felt most vulnerable doing the shots of the Tesla - because it was later at night and the car attracts so much attention (and it was a $158k car).

does this work?

ok this one is 3 exposures.. what can I say, I loved this car!

this one is kind of curious because the car is in focus but the rest is kind of smooth and soft due to the 2.8

Nice. Old cars are fun to shoot. Unless you are shooting exotics, I find modern cars to be pretty boring to shoot. I am not that good with shooting cars either way. I really need to learn.

I just went through the entire thread, I didn't read everything but learned some things that I didn't know. I am new to HDR photo's but am excited to learn some more. This photo wasn't taken in RAW. But I plan on trying that from here on out. Let me know what you think. Amazing photo's here!

Hey Everyone,

Been a while -
Thought I'd share some HDR pics from Antelope Canyon - don't know if you've been there before but it's a DR nightmare.
