Didn't realize the Shuttle Fuel Tank was arriving today. So, I probably missed out on the best shots which were while it was still on the barge in the ocean and then entering the still water to the Marina.
But when I realized it was here I jetted over, found parking, and even managed to score a media wristband to get into the restricted area.
Not as visually cool in photos as the Endeavor was...but still...staring at a 66,000lb tank was pretty cool.

I was asked to shoot a local concert tonight, Matt Corby (never heard of him until today 
), in the email... it clearly said we'd be shooting from the photographer's pit, but when I got there... NO Photog's pit. They basically said we're on our own 
Had I known, I would have brought a longer lens but I couldn't get close to the stage, diehard fans had been there hours in advance to get their spots up at the stage

My wife's grandfather has this 1923 Ford Model T all original that has been sitting in his barn for 50 years. I've been bugging him for a few years to sell it to me but he just wants too much for it ($10k). My wife said just wait a year or so and grandma will just give it to you for free because no one else in the family cares about it. Fingers crossed as I'd love to own a piece of history like this! All taken with A7II and FE 28/2 lens.
