ok so who is down for the park so 04Socal can research some more into it. We need to set a location down. People that work weekends (not me) but people that do need to put in time off and work out different things like preparing there car or get hotel stuff packed down.

I am down for the Park in SB that 04Socal was talking about, do we need to make another thread, that's a planning thread and make this a discussion thread..

Chumash shot me down also (thats twice) because of the space.

Pismo Visitors Bureau Recomended Kon-Tiki INN cuz of their huge parking lot & walking distance (half mile) to Pismo Beach..... but they shot me down too cuz of thier 2 day minimum stay policy. (Im still working on this...but no promises)

THESE ARE THE THINGS THAT I LOOK FOR IN A LOCATION FOR OUR MEET.
1- Can they safely hold 100 cars. (and guys... small local parks won't safely hold 100 cars, Im not up for parking on the dirt/grass)

2- Is Music Permitted

3- Some kind of grub (self bar-b-q or restaurant)

4- Last and kinda least (but still valuable)... Extra Amenities
-pool
-brew/spirits
-bars
-nightlife

If I cant figure out another option by this Friday, CHUCKCHANSI IT IS.

OR if someone else can give us a solid option, and I mean SOLID, not maybe kinda sorta.

I think chuckchansi is great. I love a good cruise and I had a lot of fun last year. The buffet was great and so was the whole set up.

Going back through the thread one of the socal guys iirc said how about sept 18th weekend? I think that may work better imo I kno last year some ppl had midterms in Oct so they couldn't make it.. Plus most of the guys a page or so back was cool with that date as well...

Is anyone against having the sept 18th weekend?
