Well then I'll gladly take that bacon off your hands if you don't care

Does anyone care about this thing, apart from Honda fangirls?

I actually do. And I'd sure the heck stop snarking if Honda can blow my socks off with some actual impressive specs...while I'm still alive and not when I'm 80000 years old.
Cuz, seriously, I swear, I'm almost prepared to hear them cancelling the car 2 months from now.

Are those things running in pure electric mode in the video? They're suspiciously quiet.

Can't say if this is an accidental photoshoot or on purpose, but Honda tweeted what appears to be the "smaller" NSX at their new research facility:

Either way, it looks too expensive to be relevant to most of us.

^ What I see is the McLaren influence. So I wonder ...

this fastest manual FWD car.
Big UK road test: new Honda Civic Type R | Top Gear
Honda’s engineering nous, is a little more laggy on the throttle than the car you’ll be reading about in a couple of pages’ time, but by gum it’s not slow. Honda claims 0–62mph in 5.7secs, we plugged in our timing gear and hit 60mph in 5.3, 100 in 11.3. That’s outrageous for a FWD hatch.

Did Honda Just Tweet A Photo Of The Baby NSX? (Update: No)
Update: We emailed a Honda spokesman to ask what this car is, and sadly — despite how much it looks like those baby NSX patent drawings — it’s merely a design study from a few years ago.
It’s a three year old design study made by our LA advance design studio. It’s on permanent display in the lobby of our Silicon Valley R&D facility, and was on display at our press conference last week. It’s not an S2000 or baby NSX, but it is an indication that our designers continually dream about sports cars.

They should have a WHEEL-LESS option from the factory.

I really really hope those are not the production wheels......
Maybe those are the 19/20" optional diamond cut wheels that they can charge $8000 for ($4000 for TLX)
