Once you find the grommet get a bic pen (the one with the cap that most of us chewed on throughout high school not the clickable ones) and cut (or bite) the little black end cap off then stick the wire in (8 Gauge fits perfect). Feed it through the grommet until the pen is almost gone, then get in your car and grab that bitch.

i just stuck a hanger through the grey grommet and then taped my wire to the hanger and pulled. thats the way i've always done it.

 

Or go through the wheel well and avoid the grommet entirely.
