Why don't you just get one to replace the stock HU and one that can tilt?

i got a TL with navi too, and your setup looks sweet!
The HU is Alpines INA-W900.

I love my setup but if I were to do it agian I would go with the pioneer equivalent, way nicer OS in my mind.
The pioneer deck I'm thinking of is AVICZ120BT. You can go with the lower model which is the AVICX920BT but its not the full screen and it doesnt tilt.

But for the money the alpine one is a really solid unit.

if I had the choice i'd rather put the bigger screen up top, it's a bad habit but i like to watch music videos as im driving or as if it's a regular music CD. it does look good down below where the radio H/U is but i'd rather have it up top.

Do they have something from the AVICZ120BT that doesn't have Navi? Also, will OEM Navi still work? My OEM head unit just crapped out (doesn't take code) and I've tried fixing it with all the threads on here without success. Thanks.

----EDIT----

Found this one and need to buy Bluetooth adaptor and Ipod Cable it says:
Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD 7-Inch In-Dash Touchscreen Double-Din DVD Multimedia A/V Receiver

If you touch the little clock it switches to the big clock.
