Removing and replacing non-working Navi Unit

I have been searching, but haven't found anything about this. My Navi unit does not work anymore; just resets and continues to reboot on the same screen (I attached a pic of that screen). I have used a lens cleaner and cleaned the DVD, but still no luck. So instead of paying Alpine to fix an outdated and faulty system, I would rather replace the entire thing. Has anyone done this and able to keep all features such as stock amp and sub?

Thanks for the help.
