real nice work man. I appreciate nice, clean installs. Both look good MAYBE the grill in the new install might be a lil over the top (MAYBE - just my opinion). Either way, awesome job keep it up

how do you cut the wood so that it fits to the sides like that? im planning on building a wall around my box now, so that its flush like yours. any tips you have for this?

the best way to do that is to use some cardboard, leave 1 edge flat so you can position it along the floor, with a marking pen or similar trace the contour along the back to get it close. then liggle by little tracing and cutting away the areas that dont fit the contour.
once you get a peice of cardboard to fit you can trace it onto the wood peice that you plan to use and cut it out to the same shape.
since it would be carpeted i would probly make a right and left and then trim them to fit edge to edge in the center.

it might drop it a dB or 2, and through off your staging just a touch depending on what kind of wood you use for the wall, and it's thickness. Personally i have a wall across the back of my TL made from 1/4" Trupan and it didn't harm anything.

I got this custom wall that I had made for me... I can sell it to u for pretty cheap since i have no need for it any more. I got 4 12's in dat shiaaat now and am currently designing the enclosure. I'm goin 3/4 or 1" plexi, mirrors, blue neons to keep consistent, and possibly vinyl???
I'll be sure to have questions when the building starts

lemme know if u want it, not the hottest shit ever-- but it cleans it up a bit, btw it fits snugly all around (TSX)

how far out does your wall go in the trunk??? i may consider that if itll match with how far out my box goes and do away with the plexi, cause i already got all that.

i just want a wall to go around this...

my jump start cables... those will surely be hidden, somehow. i think i could just keep it right next to the box, and if i ever need it i can just pull the backseats down and get it. hmmm, sounds perfect

Nice setup! DO you have any pictures of the contruction process? I want to do something similiar to my TL. Not sure if I want to just build a regular sub box and then build a wall around that or just build the wall directly into the sub box. Any tips or suggestions?
