The brown bag myth. Is it true that cops can't look inside of the brown bags to see what you are drinking? I have to think that cops can do it based on "reasonable belief" that you smelled of alcohol. I'm going to be walking around drinking from brown paper bags all the time in grocery stores and stuff if it's true.

I can answer this one. No. Not any different than making a left turn on a red light. Although if you are on the left lane of a one way road turning left onto a one way road, you can turn when light is red.
