why is it illegal to carry closed bottles in the cabin of the car? i understand open bottles, but whats the issue with having closed bottles?
also, what if your just transporting a half drank liquor bottle. nobody throws away half a bottle of grey goose and you wouldnt want it rolling around the car so you put it on the seat or in the bottle holder. if the person isnt intoxicated then whats the issue?!?!

why does it always take like 10 minutes for the police to arrive on the scene of a crime? by then the thing is over. wouldnt ppl rather just take that shit into their hands? and if i did take it into my hands, why do i get in trouble???
example: if somebody is messing with my friend and i call the police and it takes to long for you to get there and i go up to him and smash his head in. why would i get in trouble!?!?!

In NJ, refusing to take the test is an seen as an admission of guilt and you are charged with a DUI, case closed.

for the 1/2 bottle, it's an open container.... which means you could have access to it while driving, just put it in the trunk

saying "two guys are fighting" is not that important, we will not endanger life to get there...
saying "this guy is beating on my friend who is knocked out" will get a Code 3 light/siren response...
you would be amazed at the amount of BS calls we get nightly, where the parties have fled, never existed, or were just huffing and puffing but dont want us to do anything...
