That we need a Computer/Networking Sub-Forum!!

It's also pretty obvious who should be one of the Main Mod's in the sub forum. I'd Be STUNNED if you didn't.

Let's do it already.

I mean, we can have a ghey home and garden section, but no dedication computer forum?

It'd be cool if there was something like an "AcuraZine User Help, Support & Suggestions Area" that could receive this kind of request...

I agree on this one. However, I believe we should have an "Electronics" forum as opposed to a "Computer" forum.

"Mobile Phones & PDA", and possibly "Home Theater & Electronics" could be setup as sub-forums to that primary forum.

Gaming could remain it's own because that isn't necessarily about the gaming hardware than it is about the games being released.

So I was thinking about this idea for the past few days and had another thought.

Rather than having an "Electronics" Forum as I previously suggested, why not a "Technology" forum. This would then include computers, mp3 players, phones, etc, but would also embody software (operating systems, adobe software, apple software, etc) and internet technologies (DropBox, Twitter, Paypal, etc). I feel you can't have one without the other at times and this would be a good way to group it all.

Then if we wanted to, we could use prefixes like "Hardware", "Software" or whatever prefixes we decide would help keep threads organized and easy to find.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

It hasn't fallen off the radar. The mods have discussed this topic, just haven't ironed out a definitive plan, but thanks for the reminder.

I have a suggestion... How about a Consumer Electronics forum, with a subforum for computer networking and another for cell phones and portable devices
