Hello all, I have gotten this issue a couple times it seems to go away with turning off the vehicle and turning it back on. Has anyone else had this issue and gotten it diagnosed through the dealer? Was it a software update or anything like that to get it taken away permanently?
Is it a specific driving style that causes that? Perhaps lapping around a track? I could be wrong but I thought I read something in the owners manual; may want to start there.

Last time it happened I was going 20mph lol 😂 so no, I don't think speed is a factor.
I've recently gotten my grubby paws on a scan-tool that reads DTC's.
I wish I lived near you to look at the Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
Cuz, that's where we would start. Looking at the DTCs. then troubleshooting further
My paws are clean, I am too lazy to drive to dealer. I don't drive it daily so that is why time keeps passing and I don't take it in. I will soon. I have some time off coming up
I guess we found out early that the drivetrain can't even cope with the modest power bump. /hater
Seriously though, I know it's a hassle, but that is absolutely not something I would let slide. It could be something very serious that could require anything from a simple sensor all the way up to a replacement of a drivetrain component. Although rare, there have been two recent transmission replacements in the RDX forum, and I'm sure with how small of a membership there is here, there are plenty more that are failing that we don't know about. I would take it to a dealer ASAP and if the error doesn't prompt while you're there, show them that picture.
Keeping my fingers crossed it’s just an isolated issue and not something that will soon become a known issue across the new TLX lineup. Keep us posted!

If its any consolation it is the only (alleged) reported case amongst any Type-S in the US. It's moving up the ladder to Honda given no historical data or know resolution. Could be possible faulty differential.
