Windshield washer pump bad?

Not sure what happened, but out of nowhere my water is not spraying anymore. It pumped and sprayed like new the night before. I can hear the pump go off when I pulled the lever but nothing came out. If I hold it for about 4-5 seconds and then let go and pull and let go of the lever a few times afterward, a bit of water would come out. Every now and then it would spray normal. I don't think the hose is loose or fell off because I didn't see any water on the floor or in the engine bay. Is this mean my nozzles are fine but the pump is failing? How hard is it to replace the pump?

The lines could be clogged up. Maybe some contamination in the lines?

Found the problem! I pulled out the pump and I can blow air into the nozzle just fine so that I guess at least the pump is not clogged. I unplugged the hose and just activate the pump and see if water come out, nada. Was planning to take out the water tank and flush but couldn't figure out how to get the top part off. So I ended up pulled out the rubber plug where the pump is plugged into, and tons of white gooey gel like substance pouring out. Once all those were out, I tested the pump again and everything is back to normal. I have no idea what is that gooey stuff or how it got in to the bottle. My fluid are filled up by Honda dealership when I got my oil changed every 5k miles. I guess I will be filling my own washer fluid from now on lol. Not sure if any of those got into the line but so far the nozzles sprayed just like new. Thank you all =)

Ever heard of 'slime in the ice machine?' Maybe the dealership would put water in the wiper fluid tank. Bacteria can grow in it. Kind of like how air conditioner condensate line can grow slim in it. Plus a clogged wiper tank means a service visit and that is how dealerships make most of their profit.
