Water leaking through windshield from heavy rains

I had my windshield replaced a few months back and noticed now that when it rains heavy, there ends up being a small puddle on the front passenger floor mat. I noticed that it was getting wet where the HVAC compartment is located, so I opened it up and a bit of water came out. Is it most likely that the improperly installed cowl is the culprit? I've added photos of the before/after cowl fix.

So I took the car back to where I got my windshield replaced and they hosed down the windshield. They checked the drains and they were all working properly. Also they fixed the cowl. They suggested that I keep and eye out if the leak continues. If so, they would think it would most likely be the design of the car to be the culprit on why water is entering. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions incase the problem persists. Thanks!

Well - It's not the design of the car that allows water to enter.... Definitely not. When the windshield was replaced, someone may not have sealed it properly, leaving a minute gap somewhere that is allowing water to enter.

Okay, thanks! I really hope with them resealing it will resolve the issue. Lately it's been raining a lot here and no signs of any leaks.
