2015 Acura TLX TPMS error after battery change

Battery died. Jump started. A few days later replaced the battery with a new one. Immediately after battery change I got a TPMS error and no tire pressure readings. DTC code U3000:49 "TPMS control unit internal circuit malfunction". The TPMS diagnostics is attached.
Tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting again. Have been driving for a few weeks, nothing changed, the error is still there.
What are my options?
If I replace the smart power control unit will it fix this? Will I need to register remotes with it?
I could probably by second hand 38320-TZ4 and replace it but could not find any diagrams on where the unit is located (under driver side dashboard?) or procedure of diagnosing or replacing it.
Any info will be appreciated, thank you!

I think the correct part # is 38320-TZ7-A12. Unfortunately, could not find it in used condition and a new one is $300.

Try a battery cable reset first.

I tried disconnecting the battery, jumping battery wires, then pressing brake, horn. The car has a start button so I could not exactly turn the ignition switch. After reconnecting the battery the error persists.

Most tire shops have the tool to test the sensors. It could be a dead battery within one of the monitors.

Have same issue U3000-49. I think that issue can be in power line to this 38320-TZ... block. If I undestud correct, this ID block have submodules, for kay ignishing,TPMS and something else, maybe TPMS power line have bad connection or bad condition after long time using?
What do you thinking about?

After connection new block, an ignising dosn't work and dashbord off. Is it OK?
And if I have Lauch x341 can I install new Contlol Unit module himself?

Thank you.

Help!

Same issue on 2016 RDX - battery changed by non dealer shop and now have U300049 TPMS error. Shop was no help outside of giving me that code and I had to push for that. Can someone please tell me what I need to do to fix this? Need tire pressure connected for safety with our roads and weather in Michigan!

TPMS Control Module

Ended up at dealership for diagnosis and had to replace the TPMS control module in my 2016 RDX. Test the tire sensors first. Costco tested mine for free. Module wasn’t cheap, but it fixed the issue.
