2020 TLX with less than 60,000 miles. Service is up to date. Had a windshield replaced 6 months ago. Out of nowhere every error message pertaining to lane guidance, adaptive cruise, accident avoidance is coming on. I’ve tried disconnecting battery and it went away for a few days but has returned. I’m assuming this is a front camera or front sensor issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is the current battery the factory original from 2020?
That was my first thought but had the battery tested and it tests good
Understood.
Here is why I asked, my sister has a 21 Honda CR-V EX-L, she mentioned that over the last year or so the 'idle stop' functionality suddenly stop working.
She took it to Honda they used all of the devices at their disposal to find out why this feature would stop & not return. She stated they tested the battery numerous times, on multiple visits (tested good), because she likes the gas mileage values it gives her & wanted it fixed, though they could not fix it.
She lived without it for a while (months). She mentioned the problem to me in passing one day (May/June 2025), and I asked her if she still had the original factory battery? Yes, was the answer. She stated that the CR-V was due for an oil change soon (July2025 or so) and was going to have the Honda Einstein's revisit the problem. I stated that even though the Honda peeps found the battery testing fine, to have a new OEM battery installed anyway.
Even though she had to 'eat' the overpriced retail cost of the new battery, though her old battery tested fine, she found joy because the idle stop functionality returned & continues to work.
She stated even the Honda Einstein's were surprised at the result, go figure.

Failing batteries testing fine and / or wonky battery connections / deep corroded cables can have current effects on sensitive electronics.
Perhaps, 'roll the dice' on a new battery, to replace your almost 6 y/o one for the old TLX girl (she's worth it), and see if you find joy?
Good Luck
