Water infiltration

Last friday, we had very important rain falls. Today, i saw water drop under my trunk, so i oppened the trunk and i found half inch of water in the spare location. Last week the dealer install the trunk spoiler and i tough it is the problem. But nothing is wet in the trunk beside the water i have found.

Anybody has that type of problem.

From what Ive seen, its because of the rear spoiler install. If not done correctly it will leak all kinds of water in the trunk. Take it to the dealer and let them know whats going on.

Correct. It's in one of the Acura Bulletins (I don't think it was a TSB) book marked in the sticky section.

Problem solve. The spoiler was not install properly the first time. Remove and reinstalled the spoiler the good way. I will see on the next rainy day if the problem is realy fixe.

Use a garden hose if you can't wait.

The trunk spoiler was installed by the dealer, so i don't think you will find any bulletins for that problem, it was caused by a faulty installation by the dealer.

Did they say what they did wrong? Sounds like they forgot to install a gasket or something.
