2012 TL Maintenance question
2012 TL with 130,000 miles. Regular maintenance has not been kept up with very well beyond oil changes and brakes. Transmission seems to go back and forth between gears. Planning on trans fluid change. What else should be done? Cabin filter? Plugs? Valve adjustment? Timing belt?

The inconvenient truth
Change all fluids don't forget transfer case and rear diff. Engine air filter and cabin air filter are easy to change yourself. Look into if the 105k service has been done.

The inconvenient truth
Timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, valve adjustment should be done every 105k miles.

I'd recommend a 3x3 drain/refill of the ATF using DW1. I also like Valvoline Maxlife ATF but DW1 is the "officially approved" stuff. A 3x3 is essentially draining and refilling the transmission 3 times, driving a few miles in between each refill to mix the new fluid in.
Like dregsfan said, a valve adjustment isn't needed if the engine is relatively quiet. However, I would personally recommend it. Tight valves don't make any noise like loose ones do but can still cause problems. When I did mine I noticed a bit more power and smoother idle. If you have a mechanic do it, you'll fork our a few hundred bucks. You can do it yourself if you feel comfortable with it but it's a rather delicate procedure dealing with tolerances on the scale of thousands of an inch, so if you're not somewhat technically inclined I'd let a mechanic do it. If you want to give it a go, there's a great writeup by scottn3 here: https://acurazine.com/forums/third-g...t-pics-854094/ as well as two detailed videos from Eric the Car Guy on YouTube. Search youtube for "acura tl valve adjustement". It's a 3G TL but the same tolerances as the 4G.

Brake flush would be high on my list because the 3 year flush period is so important + brake service - disassemble, lube the sliders, etc. Also TB/WP service is due at 105k mi OR 84 mo. A 2012 is likely close to the 84 mo. period.
I'd be inclined change the fluids -- all of them. LOF, Rear diff. (flush & fill), transmission - filter/fluids (flush & fill), transfer case (flush & fill), TB service - including water pump, tensioner, coolant change (flush/fill). The spark plugs are the iridium if stock [I believe] so they are good until 160k miles I believe, but I'd have a look at them just to be sure. The work doesn't have to be done all at once, but pick them in natural groups (i.e., transmission + transfer case + rear differential). And then schedule the other items every few months (but don't push it too far out, I'd say 1 year MAX to get it all done). Good luck. The car will be a great one that, once it's properly maintained will reward your with reliable service for years to come.
