Specific interior lights not working
Hi, I just realized after driving for more than 7k miles on my car that the specific interior lights aren't working at night. I only drive in the morning hours and didn't bother about this until now until I checked some videos on this car. Today, I checked all the fuses related to the interior lighting from this site under the hood(#15 and #16), driver's side(#23) and the co-passenger side but no fuses blown and they are all good.
Anyway, the following lights below are not working
The lights on all the door buttons work and the buttons that display a small yellow light when you turn them on like both the defrosters, seat heating, sync work but not these lights above like I specified. I don't have any aftermarket parts installed or whatever, as I bought this off from previous owners around March. Please let me know how you fixed this issue. Any help is appreciated.

I have no idea what the problem is with any of the lights, except the footwell lights. For those, the plastic cover over the lights is so dark and opaque that very little light can escape. Easy to fix by drilling a hole in the covers, or you can buy replacement covers.

Thanks for the information @dregsfan
Update: My lights now work, and I checked if all the fuses were in the right order according to the fuse diagrams. Passenger side fuses were a mess and I had the wrong fuses in the wrong spots when not needed and there was no fuse on #6 which is the main culprit for me, so I placed all the fuses in their places. I recommend anyone having this problem to check if the fuses are blown (no U shape inside) and in the right place with right amps.

I have a related question, I just had maintenance work done and my battery was removed to do the work. When my headlights are on, everything lights up like normal in the interior. With the headlights off though, things like the steering wheel controls, center console controls, and gear shift lights don't light up. I can't remember if they're supposed to light up or not, but it just looks different to me. BTW, the heated and cooled seat lights work normally.
Can anyone verify that those things are supposed to be lit all the time or just when the headlights are on. Thanks.
