where is the sub located?

where is the sub located?
I notice on my screen it says "sub" under settings but I cant even hear it if i change the settings from 0-6. meaning nothing happens at all ...as if its not there. where is it? my car is a 2014 base TL . non navigation.

its located on the rear deck lid in between the rear speakers.
