Just wanted to share with everyone that I just installed my 10" CV Sub and it bumps... Now I just have to get rid of the rattle in the trunk...any suggestions?

Dynomat. I have two JL audio 12" set up in my car and the rattling is at minimum. It's a DIY if you don't mind easy projects that take time. Good luck

I would use Second Skin before Dynomat. Much better product. Watch the website for specials.

Hey man can you post some pics up of your sub/amp? I am getting ready to install an Alpine Type-R 10" powered by a Alpine amp at 500 watts @ 2 ohms. I am using a sealed Q-logic box. I may build a custom box in the drivers side trunk area but for now this box will do. Still waiting for the amp to come. Waiting sucks...

i still am using the stock sub in my '05 and i had alot of rattle coming from the rear deck lid. i actually had the dealer fix that rattle as a warranty thing. i got lucky that they worked with me on that.

what sub do most people put in for an aftermarket sub? does it work instead of the stock one, or do they both work at the same time?

thanks
