Need new side-view mirror

So I hit my passenger side view mirror pulling out of the garage. Feel like an idiot lol. The casing came apart and I'm pretty sure the turn signal thingie is cracked. Do I need a whole new mirror? Where should I get it from? I'm pretty sure the 11 will fit on my car; but from what I remember, the white was a different shade of white in '11?

238 dollars brand new from delray Acura.

Or maybe you can piece it out as you might save some cash.

Thanks however that's for the '11's so the white is called white diamond. My white is the bwp. I don't think they will match. I'll prob just call them today. Also is install a DIY or how much you think dealer will charge?

And honestly now that I look at it I definitely don't need a whole mirror. Just the outside casing with the turn signal indicator. I'll take a pic and post it soon

I did the same thing yesterday!!! I always back into my garage, and I came a bit too close on the driver's side. It actually ended up doing more damage to my house than my car. My mirror is just scratched and the placement is pretty favorable...right above the turn signal indicator. It's not too noticeable, though I'll still be applying some touchup paint.

Not sure how I'm gonna fix the house...

I recently did the same thing and I bought just the outer casing for about 50 dollars.

The video in my post shows the TSX, the removal is different from our TL

I got as far as removing the mirror and removing 2 screws inside the casing. there is a 3rd screw that you can see if you fold the mirror towards the front of the car, it will be on the bottom of the mirror.

That one i could not remove, you have to remove the door panel inside and remove the whole mirror to get access to that screw.

I had body shop that painted my shield do the installation for about $50 dollars.

Called my local dealership and they're charging 130 for the case and the signal indicator. Plus about $100 for the install. Not too bad; I'll probably do it soon

Yeah , i learned my lesson from now on I drive backwards very slowly and make sure I clear the sides.

the signal unit is not part of the housing, that item is $69.69.

Happens more than you would think. I bought mine at a local Acura dealer. $225.68 is what I paid for it. Seems like a really good deal now that I have seen some other prices. 614-761-1222 ask for Jason. He has always given me good prices and had it shipped to my door.

Have replaced side mirrors a few times on a few cars. Not hard at all. Just buy the mirror on Ebay and bring it to a body shop to have it painted and install it yourself. Just take your time.

another updated; just picked up the car; they charged $99 for install. so total cost was $134 parts + $99 labor = $233. really not bad; when i first saw the damage i was expecting ~$4-500; which is what it would have cost me if acura didnt sell the parts separately from the entire mirror assembly. so kudos to them
